The Baker’s Rack® products are produced by EPD, Inc. based in Angleton, Texas. The gluten-free baking mixes and coatings are perfect for consumer or commercial and institutional food preparation. All products are made from high-quality ingredients. Each batch is analytically tested to ensure that it maintains gluten-free status and consistency.
The Baker’s Rack® Gluten Free products were originally formulated by an EPD family member who is gluten intolerant. This personal appreciation of how difficult it was to find gluten-free products that taste as good as their gluten-based counterparts made the next step easy. Applying EPD s extensive manufacturing and food science experience, they worked together to scale up the recipes to create gluten-free baking treats and seasonings that would taste delicious to the entire household. Recipe variations have been developed and tested for all Baker’s Rack® mixes and coatings.
All Baker’s Rack® products are manufactured and packaged in EPD’s allergen-friendly facility; meaning we do not allow ingredients containing the top eight allergens as defined by the FDA: no gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or soy. EPD, Inc. has provided blending & co-packaging services for manufacturers within the food, beverage and nutritional supplements market place since 1989. The EPD facility is cGMP, FDA registered, Organic certified.
