The Baker’s Rack® products are produced by EPD, Inc. based in Angleton, Texas. The gluten free baking mixes and coatings are perfect for consumer or commercial and institutional food preparation. All products are made from high quality ingredients. Each batch is analytically tested to ensure that it maintains gluten free status and consistency.

 

The Baker’s Rack® Gluten Free products were originally formulated by an EPD family member who is gluten intolerant. This personal appreciation of how difficult it was to find gluten free products that taste as good as their gluten based counterparts made the next step easy. Applying EPD s extensive manufacturing and food science experience, they worked together to scale up the recipes to create gluten free baking treats and seasonings that would taste delicious to the entire household. Recipe variations have been developed and tested for all Baker’s Rack® mixes and coatings. The Mexican Cornbread made from the Southern Style Cornbread Mix and the Lemon Cupcakes made from the Yellow Dream Cake Mix are two of the most popular Baker’s Rack® recipe variations.

 

All Baker’s Rack® products are manufactured and packaged in EPD’s allergen friendly facility; meaning we do not allow ingredients containing the top eight allergens as defined by the FDA: no gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or soy.  EPD, Inc. has provided blending & co-packaging services for manufacturers within the food, beverage and nutritional supplements market place since 1989.  The EPD facility is cGMP, FDA registered, Organic certified and Kosher inspected.
